If you do not receive your item or you have a problem with it please kindly contact me by message in the first instance (as opposed to opening a case). These are very difficult times for everyone and communication is the greatest helper. Anything under the value of £20 is sent by standard post and therefore I rely entirely on yourself to kindly confirm that youve received the item through safely (a certificate of postage is always obtained though), this is to help keep postal costs affordable. Conversely anything over £20 is sent by signed for post.

All items are from a clean and hygienic home. Due to the current national emergency there may be some delay in despatch and delivery of your item but I will always message to let you know when officiel it has been despatched from my side.

I will always clean and disinfect items sent out however please also clean them from your end on receipt. It is a good idea to try and leave parcels to open until a few days later and disinfect both the packaging and the item once opened.
