BROKEN ITEMS:

If your item was damaged during shipment please provide up to 10 images of the box it was shipped in, the item itself showing the damaged areas, the shipping label, and all packaging materials. ITS IS MANDATORY THAT YOU KEEP ALL PARTS OF THE ORDER INCLUDING THE PACKAGING IN THE CASE OF A DAMAGED ITEM. This information is necessary for the shipment carriers and their insurance policy requirements. Please communicate in detail what the exact issues are with the item you received and provide pictures if necessary. DEFECTS:
Here at 419 Flip, we make sure you are receiving a high-quality item in the same working order as advertised. If you receive and item that has a defect that was not mentioned or shown in the item’s listing then you will need to contact our help team by messaging our account. Please communicate in detail what the exact issues are with the item you received and provide pictures if necessary.
RETURN TO SENDER:
All orders must have the correct receiving address at checkout when the order is placed. EBay does not allow for sellers to send items to an alternate address if the address provided at checkout was inaccurate. If a package is shipped and returned back to the sender, the buyer must message the seller the reasoning for the failed delivery attempt. Orders are not subject to a direct refund as additional charges will be applied when applicable for fees and secondary shipping costs. Reasonings for the package being sent back to our offices must be within the proper criteria to enable financial reimbursement.
PAYMENT:
Payment is required immediately at purchase. eBays policies allow for the seller to have the authority on the order and require payment in this time frame. We have the authorization to cancel the order if payment has not been processed 24 hours from the purchase. If your order has not been paid for after a 3 day period, the order will be canceled and notification of unpaid items will be reported to eBay.
CANCELATIONS:
EBay is currently undergoing a cancelation crackdown, and the criteria to get approval for order cancelation are as follows. An item that has been purchased and paid for is subject to cancelation as the buyer must reach out via the message chat and provide clear and truthful evidence to justify cancelation. Additionally, the buyer must open a cancelation request on the order and provide the purpose of said cancelation. Reasons such as "found better price, orderd by mistake, and no longer interested" are not valid reasons for cancelation and will get automaticallydenied by the eBays system. If an item has already been shipped, we can not cancel the order. Tracking information may take 24 hours from shipment to be uploaded and updated.
SHIPPING:
Each listing has a shipping category. Every item has a shipping price and an estimated time of arrival. These factors are both subject to change. For example, if the item you are viewing has an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days and is using the USPS parcel delivery service, this is auto generated by eBay based on your location and the location in which the item you are purchasing is at. We have the right to send the parcel via a different shipment company (UPS, FEDEX, ECT.) and select a different service (Priority Mail, First Class, Ground shipping). These changes are with the buyers best interest in mind and most of the time is used to get the items out to the buyers as quickly as possible
For orders to the non continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii), the listing shipping price provided to you at checkout may not be accurate and is subject to change.
